              This gym has put my account into collection when I was under the impression my account was frozen indefinitely. Because of the pandemic the gym was closed indefinitely/limited access for the entire period it is trying to collect membership fees. If any physical notice was sent to me it was not received or sent to an address that I no longer lived at, also due to the pandemic. This feels like a company that was struggling during the pandemic trying anything it could do to retain revenue during the pandemic at the cost of members. I never missed a payment at the gym in months of intended membership, and it is clear that any attempt at collections from an account at A GYM IN A MAJOR CITY DURING JUNE OF 2020 have been made in error. This practice could have netted this company a small boost while they were struggling but is no doubt impacting the credit of many former members at it's multiple locations through out the city. I have months of spam emails to sign up with gym as further proof.

              Employees are encouraged to “bully” members during their complimentary fitness assessments so that they feel bad about themselves and feel that they need to buy team training. Disturbing work environment and unhealthy promotion of body image for customers.
