            I called this company to replace windows and a patio door. Whereas every other company I called came out to measure, this company has me take the initial measurements. I signed the agreement, put a deposit and they sent a tech to take their measurements. I then waited patiently. A couple months later the sales representative called and said there was a problem. He said because my measurement was off by an inch, they needed more money to proceed (keep in mind this is after their professional measurement tech came out). I absolutely refused. They then offered two options, seeming like hacks to make it work. He said one panel would be smaller. I refused and asked for my deposit back. They did immediately expedite the refund. Another turn off was that the CEO had sent an email saying to reach out if anything was needed. When I did nothing happened. That email went into the abyss. The manager and accounting were professional and efficient with the refund, so I gave them two stars, but they couldn't deliver. Overall, I would never use this company again and do not recommend them.
