We are sorry we missed you on the day of the cleaning however, we did attempt to gain access to your unit at 10:30 am. along with putting a magnet on your door. You did state on a ****** review that you left to take your dog out. Perhaps that is the time that we were at your home trying to get in. For the $30.00 rate, we do make it clear from the beginning that you need to be home for the cleaning and if we cannot gain access, we unfortunately have to move on. You can rest assured however, that your pipe was cleaned from the outside by your association. We try very hard as a company to provide quality service and we wish you were home so we could have taken care of you as well.
