I ordered a custom desk, based on: ********************************************************************************************** 1. Without the shelves and keyboard tray 2. With grommet hole 3. With Pop-up powerstation 4. Custom width: 36"I did not receive what I ordered. The problems with the desk are:1. No grommet whole 2. Pop-up power station is centered in the back of the desk, preventing a monitor from being appropraitely placed. The expectation was that a grommet hole would be in one corner and the pop-up power station would be in the other. When the sales rep called to confirm which corner should have the pop-up power station, we replied promptly, the left rear corner.3. Instead of a sleek single board wooden top, the top additional boards coming down around all the edges.Upon receiving the desk, I only contacted them about the pop-up power station placement, as it is making the desk hardly usable and we could live with the rest of the issues. In their response, they provided me a doctored receipt telling me that I requested it this way. I provided a copy of the original order receipt and they have not responded since.
