Took our vehicle to them, stated there is noise in the dash and no heat, charged us $500 and said it was fixed, heat quit 3 days later. Charged us another $100 to tell us a bunch more stuff is wrong with the heat, and that we didn't tell them that we didn't have heat the first time, and wants to charge us even more to fix what should have been fixed the first time.

I appreciate you reaching out. On February 20th we inspected Mr. ******* vehicle for a clicking noise in the dash. No mention of the heater not working as confirmed by the recording of **************** in the office setting the appointment. We informed **************** the noise was coming from the air intake actuator and gave him an estimate to replace the actuator for the clicking noise which he approved. Again nothing was mentioned regarding the heat not working there was also no mention of the heater not working or that it had been repaired on the repair order signed by ****************. On March 4th he contacted us stating the heat wasnt working. We inspected the vehicle and found your heater actuator installed incorrectly, the heater door linkage broken, and the bottom of the heater box broken out/missing and covered up with duct tape. We contacted you to discuss the damage before any work was done to your vehicle and that due to the extent of damage that the heater box would need replaced. **************** informed us that he was not interested in an estimate to repair the damage and that he was selling the truck. We also shared pictures and videos of the damage to him. I tried to call and discuss this with **************** but was hung up on. Honestly, I'm confused by Mr. ******* review. I'm not sure who was working on his vehicle previously and caused such damage to his heater box and it's definitely unfortunate being that its not likely to be a cheap repair. but I not sure how that translates to a failure on our part. I've tried to reach out to **************** to discus but was unsuccessful
