Use extreme caution, and intelligence when doing business with this company. We were yelled at, insulted, and belittled on the phone by the manager Savannah prior to our arrival. When we showed up to pick up our items, 4 people surrounded us. They made disparaging remarks about us and then blocked our ability to retrieve our items until an entire group of people showed up. The auction manager, Mike *******, blocked the door and said "No" when I asked if I could get my purchased items. He told us we were to listen to what Savannah had to say. Unlike her demeanor on the phone, she stood behind Mike *******, and feigned having her feelings hurt by us. Mind you, on the phone she was belligerent and hateful. As Savannah spoke, behind Mike, I went to lower the tailgate on my truck and I observed Mike get within 6 inches of my Fiance's face. He said that the woman was his sister, and demanded again that we listen to what she had to say. The video I collected on scene shows us being surrounded and how Mike stood over my Fiance in an attempt to intimidate him since Savannah was not being given the attention she wanted. My background is in law enforcement, and the moment I observed Mike get in a fighting stance, I walked toward them. I asked my fiance to no longer attempt to speak to anyone at this business as it was clear they were seeking to engage in behavior not fitting of a reputable business. We were not going to get in a fight, as Mike was trying to engage in, over used auction items. Use your intelligence because it is clear they attempt to use their brawn.
