              Dwaynes Lanes charged us over $1000 for labor to replace a radiator they state a rock damaged and was leaking and not covered by warranty. I have researched and have found it extremely rare for a rock to damage the radiator but after getting estimate around $1200 to repair they gave us a **** of $1699.Our insurance will not cover the cost as they state the repair should only take under 4 hours and exceeds the rate/total for actual work done.The charges for labor amount to over $250 per hour. I feel it is taking advantage of a consumer with no estimate given as well the repair still has scent of coolant every time we drive and they repaired lines with a tape that would indicate the issues are more than a rock piercing the radiator and would possibly be co ered under new car warranty as it is 2021 chrysler pacifica hybrid
