    I purchased a 2022 Honda Passport from Honda of Kirkland on August 16, 2022. The total amount of the purchase was $45,292. In addition to the vehicle, the purchase included a 7-year vehicle service contract for $2,988. I financed the vehicle with a new loan of $32,672.89 with ******************* The balance of the total purchase price was my trade-in and a **** payment of $5,000. I paid all funds to Honda of Kirkland.After reviewing the vehicle service contract, I decided that it did not represent good value for me. On September 1, 2022, I notified Honda of Kirkland in writing of my intent to cancel the vehicle service contract under Section 14 of that contract. That provision provided for a full refund of the purchase price of $2,988. I was informed by Honda of Kirkland that the refund had to be made to ****************** to be applied toward lowering my loan balance. Further, I was told that the refund could not be made to my **** card, even though I paid $5,000 of the purchase using that card.Since giving Honda of Kirkland notice of my intent to cancel the vehicle service contract, I have had various conversations with *******************, Financial Business Manager at Honda of Kirkland. He has acknowledged my right to a refund, but has not been forthcoming in issuing that refund, either to my **** account or to *******************Im tired of hearing the excuses and I am unwilling to wait any longer.     Bought a brand new Honda Civic si car in 2019 in *****. 3 weeks ago I notice a knocking noise coming from underneath the engine. I stopped driving it towed it to Honda they told me they would check it and see what the problem was. The service advisor *** told me the engine was bad. The car only has ****** miles on it Im still paying for it and its still under powertrain warranty. And they void it cause apparently I dont have proof of the oil changes. But when I took it the oil was at 30% life and it was not low. The service advisor told me it was just an engine failure that it wasnt anything I did wrong. But they still voided my warranty. I spoke to the service manager I believe his name was ****** and he told me the since I didnt have proof of the oil changes they couldnt fix it. I called Honda directly and file a claim 2 weeks after I took the car to Honda and they said it would take 24-48hrs to get back to me and its been a week. Try calling them back I left several voicemails and they havent returned my call back. Very annoying and upset I guess Honda isnt as good as they make it seem. I will never again buy a Honda car again. Im also getting a lawyer because I dont think that is right on there part. When clearly they said it was an engine failure and it wasnt anything I did wrong it wasnt my fault!
