            I checked in to the hotel on January 20th **** using my best western rewards for a two night stay. They were very unprofessional when I tried to check in, the woman was not fully educated on the cards they do and do not take, checked us in but would not give us the keys, and would not allow me to speak to the manager or another employee. I had to call best western customer service twice before I was able to speak to the manager and check in with the card the woman refused to take initially, claiming she was new and didnt know if it was acceptable or not. The last three times I have stayed there, in the middle of the night they have tried to charge us a second time for the room, the most recent time, they actually tried to charge me $12500, after I checked out on the 23rd I called about the unauthorized charges that same evening and they claimed I owed nothing, and they did not make any attempts to charge me for anything. The following day I received a second receipt Different from the first and when I called to inquire the manager was unprofessional and condescending, she didnt know why I was charged, gave me three different answers and then hung up and refused my calls and wouldnt respond to my emails. I think when I extend my stay instead of billing my card they billed my rewards points but I didnt have the rewards points, they never made any attempt to contact me or resolve the issue with me. Instead they fraudulently charged me. And Today I checked my best western rewards activity, so I could include the information Id seen previously with my credit card dispute and it shows 4 transactions for the nexus motel, two giving me ***** points and then two taking *****. I have not been to the nexus since I checked out the 23rd. So those transactions are fraudulent. I was told upon check out I would be getting back my deposit. I was told that evening I owed them money, and yet the following day they charged me $214 and never released my deposit.

            WHEN I FIRST CHECKED INN TO THIS HOTEL THEY WERE VERY WELCOMING AND THEIR REVIEWS MATCHED THE COMPAY - shortly after I checked out this changed To being with when I checked in the bottom she was ripped u can clearly tell it is from the washer or dryer I jus covered the bed up , because I already bring my own personal blankets with me , when I was with my husband the general manager makes a slick comment which helped make my decision to check out the following morning , I then start getting a random $20/$35/$50/$68 charge to my card , I called to ask and I was hung up on , so then I came back and the manager tried to argue and refuse to stop charging my card. The general manager then proceed to grab my arm and push me out of the room when I was looking at the sheets I ripped THIS WAS A TERRIBLE AND UNWELCOMING EXPERIENCE ????????
