I had chosen dr ************************* to proceed with an acne scar vitalizer treatment to remove my acne scars on September 25th 2023. The cost for this procedure was $9,636.00 . A small fee for the remaining was paid for the consultation on FaceTime before I went to ******* for this. The treatment would take roughly 6 months to see 90% of the results. Now that the designated time has passed, following all aftercare instruction and recommendation from the dr, the results that were promised didnt become a reality. My cheeks are instead the same as they were prior, some areas even more noticeably scarred than before. When reaching out to the doctor after the treatment, he would respond frequently but then went dark on responding when I questioned why Im seeing more scarring than before. Or what am I supposed to do for the areas that look worst than before. I believe he blocked my number. I am looking to get my money back for this procedure due, it did not work. Attached are the receipts for the transaction and pictures of how the scarring is still here. As well as during. I have many more if needed.
