              In July of 2023 I reached out to Miller and Miller about a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I paid $600 down and $300 every other week.In November 2023 my girlfriend informed me that she wanted to move.We called several places and none would accept a bankruptcy. I decided to sever relations with Miller and Miller in November. I was told i had to speak with ************ spoke with him on or around November 17th. He then said I had to speak with a lawyer. I told him I do not get a break from work till 2:05 pm, well Attorney ****** called at 1:57 pm well before my break. It is now December 18th and I have not heard anything. I have since called and left messages about a partial refund. They never returned my calls they can say what they want I have paid $2100 and they did not file all I wanted was an explanation of when i could expect a partial refund. They have not sent any letter in the mail, no phone call,. not even an e-mail

              Miller and Miller law is one of the worst law firms. They only thing they care about are the green backs. I had them file a chapter 128 for my debt. This is to consolidate your debt and prevent interest accruing. They never in informed any of my debtors. I continued to accrue interest and penalties after nine months of filing. BUT, guess who got paid first? They did!! Save yourself the $2500 and negotiate with the debtors yourself. The Trustee also gets 7% of your debt. Thats another $2100 on $30K. Who's on your side when you fall into the sea? Not these sharks.....
