    I ordered fitness equipment via the company's website on February 16, 2022. I have never received the order, nor has this business communicated with me in any way. I have received no updates and have contacted the seller with no reply. I believe this to be interstate fraud and want my money back and this business held accountable so no one else has to go through this.

    Buyer beware! I place an order online for a lamented barbell exercise chart. I received an email stating that I would be contacted when the order would ship. But after several days I tried reaching out to The Fitness Store by phone but nobody answered and you couldn't leave a voice mail. I wrote to the company and the owner, John B****** emailed me back apologizing for the delay as his company was at an offsite meeting. I never received a response so I emailed John back and he said that he would follow up with me later that day. No follow up. After several weeks of patiently waiting for my order, I emailed John back and asked him where my order was and to provide the order ship date and tracking number. Instead of doing so, John refunded my order with no explanation for the delay. Horrible customer experience!!! There other other options out there and I would highly recommend finding them,

    Internet orders are a strange thing. They give little people a platform to spout out about things they know very little about. Case in point. . . This customer. He placed an order for a poster less than 2 weeks ago, and later emailed requesting order status. Josh here in my shipping department replied indicating that the item was not available and asked if the customer wanted a refund. Rather than responding like an adult, he blew a gasket asking (In his words) "WHERES MY ORDER?" Rather than again explaining that we currently did not have the poster, we simply processed a full refund. Again, any adult would have been good with that as it again made him whole. Apparently this wasn't enough for this *** ***** If there is a beware to be issued, it should be on this customer who has tantrums like a child. Do not take orders from this guy as you may experience the temper tantrums of a 2 year old. If anyone else in my industry wants his name and email, I would be happy to provide, just drop me an email. Mr W*** was fully refunded which is all we could have been expected to do during this very unusual time in obtaining product.

    I placed the order on 6/18/21. When I inquired about the status of my order (i.e. has it shipped yet?) on 6/23, I received a reply that stated "We are out of the office this week at a special event, We'll be back tomorrow and will follow up." On 6/4 John followed up and said "We're checking on this and will be back in touch later today," I received no response from John, Josh or any other employee at the Fitness Store. On 7/1 I emailed John back and asked him 'WHERE IS MY ORDER?" Has it shipped yet, if so what is the tracking number?" Instead of providing an explanation as to why my order was not fulfilled, John immediately refunded me what I was charged, I am thankful for that but not happy about my experience at The Fitness Store. I repeat "BUYER BEWARE." Especially if this business calls its customers "little people." What an odd, condescending way to treat people. Is it any wonder why I filed a complain against you and your shady business with the BBB. Best of luck, John. You are going to need it.

    P.S. calling people names and telling them that they had a tantrum of a 2 year old simply because they wanted to know when the order would ship and requesting a tracking number tells a lot about your own character and business ethics. I think it is YOU who is acting like a 2 year old with a tantrum. Best of luck, John. You are going to need it.
