    Why is there not an option for 0 starts. The billing is confusing. I have the right as a patient to have detailed breakdown of the charges. Then if you pay some but not all they turn into *****'s. They are not pleasant on the phone. I would rather talk with the medical facility direct than these clowns.

You can do so by reviewing the Super EOB that is mailed out to each member monthly or by creating an account online using our member portal.
