    On Aug 22nd I dropped off my truck at Halladay motors inc. To have them check the 4WD on it for me. Since the 4X4 wasn't engaging. I get a call back and they told me that the range control actuator connector was corroded and needed to be replaced. A day and $556.33 dollars later the truck was half a** fixed. I asked to see the part they replaced and was told they had throwing it away in the dumpster. So up on arrival back to my house I proceeded to crawl underneath the truck I wanted to see the connector they replaced and that was when I found the poor quality and half a** job they did on my truck. They use electrical **** connectors to splice some wires back together nothing wrong with that. But what they didn't do was to properly apply heat to all the **** connectors and shrink it around the wire to keep moisture from getting inside the splice. Or use shrink wrap tubing to protect and enhance the longevity of the splice. I took my truck right back to their shop and ask ******* to please double check their work something doesn't seem right to me. He argued back and fort with me saying I trust my technician there should be no problems my work is guaranteed. Eventually he agreed to put my truck back on the lift and said we will shrink ******* for you. It turns out they never did all they did was wrap it up with black electrical tape. and nicked a wire in the process. So I called the manager **** the next day and explain everything that had happened. He basically said I'm right and you're wrong we went out of our way and wrapped it up with electrical tape to make you happy but GM doesn't required us to do anything other than that. Then he proceeded to questioning me about some other parts that need to be replaced like the engine cooling lines, front struts, etc. I told him I can't afford to pay anybody $320 an hour to work on my truck he said well you work at ****. Very unprofessional behavior from a manager in my opinion searching and looking people up on the web.

    If I can give zero stars I would. This is for the location on **** ******* **** ******** **. I went in on Feb 10 to get and estimate on my car. I was told to come back march 13 2023 and to take two days off work to have them work on my car. Jesse told me this. Today I go in (mind you, it has been over a month) and told that I did not have an appointment. The receptionist went to Jesse who told me to come march 13, to see what happened. He stated that the parts hadn't come in yet and it takes a week for them to come in and they order them a week before the appointment (which didnt exsist). I told him I did not believe that they ordered the parts because they did not even know I was coming in. I told him to show me the date that it was ordered and he refused. I told him that I needed to speak to someone above him because I am missing two days of wages for this repair on my car. He went to go get the manager and he said he was too busy for me. So, I told him I wasn't leaving until I spoke to someone above him. Finally Brian the assistant manager came out. He told me a completely different story, stating that it takes 3 weeks, not one for ordering the parts. I told him his associate lied to my face and he just now ordered the parts today, which Brian did not dispute. Brian seemed like he didn't care, he kept on making excuses for his associate. He didn't even apologize to me and I even said why aren't you at least apologizing for your associates mistake. He should not be an AM. It wasn't until someone behind the receptionist that suggested to overnight them. He is not even a manager and he tried to make the situation right. Everyone showed empathy but the person who made the mistake and the AM. I am losing two days of pay because I was told to come in March 13 2023 and take two days off for this. I asked the manger how is he going to make this right. He didn't respond. Do not to business with Halladay Motors INC. Now I wait if they can get the parts over nighted.
