      Go get an iPhone SE from ******* for about $150, buy a $45 ******** **** unlimited card, and be done with it. OR you can pay these people $200 a month to have worse coverage, bad service, and you get to have a Viaero representative reach out to try and intimidate you whenever you leave a bad review on ******. Also, the IPhone 12 Pro max I have is hardly worth the jump from the SE, and I’m still paying off the 12 pro after about 2 years, so there’s also that. A few things I’ve learned.

      The technicians that come out seem to be the only one that knows anything. Customer service people are ignorant and know nothing about their products.

      I have been with viaero for 2 decades, I have recommended them to family and friends. But over the last several years customer service has gotten so bad that I would rather deal customer service at fast food then viaero!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy now! Their customer service has driven a true and loyal customer away! Further more I have addressed the issues numerous times and they don't care!

      I have have had Viaero Pro Connect for almost 3 years. Prior to the FCC issues I had little to no problems. Since the issue I am constantly loosing connection several times an hour. All my equipment has been replaced and upgraded and I still can’t get the internet I pay for, and I am at the highest level you can pay for. My speed test registers the lowest rates. Customer service and technical support are awesome, but useless if I can retain constant connection.

      Viaero has the best customer service of any cell companies in the Nation. All the way from retail stores to the installation crew. Way to go VIAERO....and thank you.

      I have had Viaero for almost a year and come from the cell phone/technology industry for the past six years. I am beyond impressed with the service as I travel, their amazing prices, and I have had the most amazing customer service every time I have called in or had contact. Jenny at Ext **** is such a joy to speak to and she is so knowledgeable.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. The absolute worse internet provider known to man! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. At its best, the internet was horrible. Then they came out to upgrade, it's even worse now. I constantly have to restart everything. Most of the time I just use my phone's hotspot. This makes working at home impossible. Everytime I call I'm asked to restart, reboot, re this, re that. If they do return my calls, which is 20% of the time at best, they're always sorry but offer no resolution. I guess why would they, I'm the dumby still paying for service that doesn't work!!!!!
