            We were pushed by a company to use Pawnee Leasing to purchase a ************ ***** Washer. When we agreed, we were told we could pay off the equipment at any time, and we would have the equipment within 3-5 business days, if we would just use Pawnee, so we agreed. We cannot get a copy of the "contract". First they started contacting us for payment before we ever received the item. Then when we finally got it, over 1 1/2 months later, we inquired to just paying it off. They advised we would have to pay THE FULL INTEREST AMOUNT, bringing the $6500 ***** ****** to $13,000+ to pay it off, THE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED. We stated we were closing and wanted to return the item, as we had no need for it, they stated we could return it and would still have to pay $13,000+ even if we returned it. Then we received a call yesterday that we owe $108 for an interem rental fee, of a product we had not even received yet! We are requesting that we can return the product, get a full refund of all monies paid, and owe no more money. To this date, we still cannot get a copy of any agreement from the company. After our issues, we looked online and realized that they have done this to many people and/or businesses. (The agreement we signed was from *******, so until they contacted us we did not know who would have the financing so we could not research prior to purchasing.

            My small Dance &cheer studio fundraised for there cheer mats but couldnt pay upfront so I convinced my husband to help us lease them until we fundraised the total amount.My kids worked incredibly hard to earn ********* cause we were told when signing our lease that there was no early pay off penalty/fees.representative kept telling us not to worry its legit &will help you even grow your business credit.They disclosed 0%interest rates.I called to payoff our mats in full &they quoted me *********! I said you must have the wrong account. the staff at ********************************************* got extremely rude &said you should have read before u signed& hung up on **** cried in distress as our little studio is nearing closure do to the extra ****** a month cause they not only charge for this rediculous 100% interest fee they charge for ins even if you provide them w/your ******************** insurance at ****** per month.I never thot I be scammed into something that is going to cost me more than I make in a year at my little business that I volunteer 4our community.If I was ever going to profit off my **** that is now long gone if **** survives paying this monthly payment to Pawnee Leasing for that long. Im terrified as our community now supports my youth program so much.I dont want to let them down& have this company take away something important for our youth &our community.My **** charges a small monthly tuition to accommodate families of all poverty.When I opened my business was ment to be affordable for even the lowest poverty class.Now Iv had to increase rates to try to compensate. did not want my **** to turn away& kids &thats why I prided myself over other youth programs cause I wanted all kids to experience an opportunity learn &grow in youth sports & not have a financial stipulation on wether there families had to tell them no because they couldn afford it. I hope when you read this you can feel the pain this has caused me. Regardless if my business has already closed or not.
