    Order # 20943313321574400 9/5/2023 around 6-7 PM Location: WINDSOR (ROYAL VISTA CIR) 7605 Royal Vista Circle, Windsor, CO 80528 Food made me and my family sick. We all had stomach pain but my oldest son puked and he puked blood. Meat was gooey, shells were stale, and the service was not good. Did a mobile order, yet still took 20+ minutes for the food to come. We got busy with life as there were some things that took our attention off but I still wanted to follow up with the restaurant. I called to ask for a manger yesterday 9/11/23. Spoke with Ryan and Glen. Advised what happened as Ryan was very rude but gave the phone to the Store Manger Glen. He was more rude as he laughed and said why a week later. I said we got busy with life as I wanted to address this as I just could not get to you all sooner. I wanted to let him know how the food was. He did not care at all as he laughed then said well I been in here since and I been working a lot. Same with my wife as she works here and my other family members. I complained to me that he was tired and did not even apologize. I first just wanted him to look it to see if the meat is being cooked right, if the supplier is sending good meat. 2nd to see if the shells are expired or have been sitting out for while. I will never go back to Taco Johns because he did not make me feel like a valued customer. I now want a full refund of $37.96.

    I was at your Taco Bell location at the corner of West Avenue and Monitor Street today at 4pm (March 19, 2022). I had missed the drive through order screen due to coming off a 10 hour shift at the hospital (no excuse but I was exhausted and spaced it out). I couldn’t backup and go around because I was in between two vehicles. I pulled up to the window and ordered my food. The young kid wasn’t sure what to do so he had the shift leader come over. Right away, I was given attitude and told that I needed to go back around again and order at the menu box. I said to her, I am in line. She became very snotty and said I wasn’t in line. Yes I was. I told her she shouldn’t talk to me like that. More conversation took place and I wanted her supervisors information. The shift lead said she couldn’t give out that information. I really only needed a first name or phone number. I could tell she wasn’t happy about the fact I was going to be putting in a complaint. She went to get the phone number finally and during that time, the two younger black employees along with a younger white woman starting mocking me. They were calling me a ***** along with other words. I decided to write down their descriptions on my cellphone. Of course when I did this, they were nervous. I ask that you please review the video footage from today ( March 19, 2022 at 4 pm at drive thru window). Then you can see what happened and that no one can try and sway out of what happened. I am very applaud that people like this work at a profession that deals with costumers. If I were the supervisor all these workers from today would be given their notice and fired. I plan on making a formal complaint as well with the cooperate Taco Johns on Monday. I feel that this is important enough to do to make sure they are reprimanded or terminated. I would also like the contact information for the franchise owner of this location. I can tell you now, that I won’t be recommending your location.
