He also holds the position of General Manager at RT Technical Solutions LLC, helping to lead the team in the Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation sectors.

Elton will be leading a 2 part session for our Port Arthur Brunch & Learns - May 7th and November 19th.

"Dare to be the Greater Fool"
Dare To Be The Greater Fool is a potent call to action for individuals to embrace risk and think differently. Elton will bring to light that the greatest risk lies in conformity, hence the need to be the 'Greater Fool' - one who dares to dream bigger and take chances, even if it appears foolish to others. This concept is not about blind recklessness but calculated risk-taking, which has been the success backbone of renowned innovators, entrepreneurs, and artists. The overarching message is to live life to the fullest by embracing the unknown, pushing past limits, and leaving a mark on the world. The 'safe bets' don't change the world, but those who dare to take a chance do. In essence, the dynamic presentation encourages everyone to be the 'Greater Fool' and dare to take the risks necessary to achieve their goals.

Attendees can expect a fantastic mix of breakfast and lunch items served buffet style with opportunity to network before settling in for a solid professional development session.
