Laura Gillen 

Senior Client Solutions Director – Management Resources

Laura Gillen is a Senior Client Solutions Director for Robert Half, helping to provide senior-level finance and accounting professionals on a project or interim basis, to assist organizations through transformational initiatives and large projects, or to cover leaves-of-absence and unexpected turnover. Prior to entering the world of talent solutions, Laura spent twenty years as a financial services professional in the alternative asset industry, focusing on investor relations and providing top notch customer service. She served as Senior Vice President at Citco Fund Services out of Toronto from 2014-2020, where she helped lead the Investor Relations teams servicing 300+ hedge funds and private equity funds. Prior to Citco, she spent 9 years in Chicago managing the investor relations teams for a managed account platform and a hedge fund administrator. Prior to that, she spent the first 5 years of her career with Goldman Sachs in New York City, helping onboard new clients onto their Prime Brokerage platform. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS), where she majored in Economics.

 

Emily Gibb

Practice Director

Emily Gibb is a Practice Director at Robert Half where she supports administrative, customer support, accounting and finance hiring needs for a variety of Central Ohio businesses. She specializes in large account services to assist in everything from short term contract roles to long term/contract to hire opportunities. Starting with Robert Half 10 years ago as a Recruiter, Emily has enjoyed getting to know hundreds of businesses and individuals over the years and loves making the perfect match for a candidate and client. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in the Westerville area.
