Better Business Bureau® (BBB®) serving Upstate South Carolina presented eight high school students with scholarships through the Better Business Bureau® Education Foundation on November 7, 2024, during the Torch Awards for Ethics and Connect over Ethics Luncheon at Crowne Plaza Greenville. The scholarships may be used to attend the college or university of the student’s choosing.

"Each of the scholarship winners have set themselves apart as not only exceptional students in the classroom, but those who recognize the importance of how they conduct themselves when no-one is looking," said BBB® of Upstate SC President, Hunter Jones. "As the rising stars of our community, we look forward to seeing these students blossom in the workforce with the values that they hold."

Applications were distributed to every high school in the 10-county region of Upstate South Carolina, and one application per high school was accepted. Selected by a panel of volunteer judges, the Student of Integrity Award recipients are each awarded a scholarship of at least $1000.
