BBB recently created a spotlight video for us, and I think that was fantastic,” said Devlin.
BBB provides free professional video and photo shoots to BBB+ and BBB Max members. Devlin shared how the video helped his business. “I have it featured on my site, and we also have posted it a few times socially. It has generated a great deal of positive feedback.”

When asked about shooting the video, Devlin said, “It was such an easy and professional process. The videographer was super friendly and he made everybody feel at ease. Not everybody likes getting their picture taken or being on video, and he really made everybody feel at ease. He was in and out within a couple of hours. He also filmed a video from a drone above the store. It was very cool.”
Devlin also mentioned that his business friends had requested information about the video. “They’ve asked me, ‘how much did that cost you?’ And I told them that it didn’t cost me a thing. They came in and did it as one of the many benefits of being a BBB Member.”
