Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota is proud to announce 10 finalists for the 2023 Torch Awards for Ethics. They were selected by an independent panel of judges comprised of local business leaders.
“This year’s Torch Awards Finalists are all so incredible! Though the businesses all differ in size, type of business, and location, they all share BBB’s mission to advance marketplace trust. I am just so thrilled for everyone to see how wonderful they are,” said BBB’s Vice President of Community Relations, Lisa Jemtrud.
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics recognizes marketplace role models who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to ethics and integrity in all they do. Every year, BBB opens an online application for businesses of all sizes in Minnesota and North Dakota to apply for the coveted award. The selected Finalists are recognized at our highly-anticipated Torch Awards for Ethics celebration on June 1, a unique regional event honoring ethics. Winners are announced live at the event, where we also spotlight our Students of Integrity Scholarship recipients.

Learn more about the Torch Awards. Your media colleague, KSTP TV's Paul Folger, will emcee the event, with a keynote address by Tony Sanneh, a retired American professional soccer player who played for the United States national and various professional teams in Europe and the United States. After retiring from professional soccer in 2010, Sanneh founded the Sanneh Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The foundation aims to empower youth through educational support, mentoring, and athletic programs. Sanneh will speak to personal integrity and ethics.
