The theme for this year’s event is “Fire & Ice,” as we’re honoring women who burn brightly and shine like ice. This unforgettable, formal evening includes an elegant dinner, music, and dancing.

The Women to Watch honor recognizes women in the Miami Valley who are exceptional in their roles, respected in their fields, and causing more than just a ripple in the public arena and their communities. They “light a spark” or make an impression.

You can also purchase an ad in the event program. Program ads are a great way to share special congratulations with an honoree. You can also use an ad to advertise your organization. The artwork is due by September 27. Email [email protected] to learn more and reserve your space.

Sheri Sword, WiBN executive director, says, “The gala planning committee has so many surprises in store for the honorees and the event attendees. We are going to celebrate all the honorees’ achievements in style, embracing the theme of Fire & Ice. These role models deserve our recognition and a special evening designed just for them. We can’t wait to see you there.”

The event is sponsored by many local organizations, including Dayton 24/7 Now (WKEF/WRGT), iHeart Radio, The Chic Guide, The Mandalay Banquet & Event Center, Prime Time Party Rental, and Party Pleasers.
