We often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, neglecting our physical and mental health amid the chaos. However, prioritizing our well-being is crucial to leading a happy and fulfilling life. Incorporating a wellness plan into our daily schedule can significantly improve our physical, emotional and mental health. During this event, Vicky will walk you through developing a personal wellness plan for 2024, not only involving movement, but also breath and mindfulness.  She will help you set obtainable goals and get 2024 started in the right direction for your personal wellness. Vicky will help us make it a priority to carve out time for self-care and prioritize our well-being.

Vicky Hoffman is a certified Yoga Therapist and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT). She is committed to meeting people where they are and providing education on how to use practical and sustainable techniques through Yoga Therapy that will help develop a personal wellness plan. She has a passion for helping individuals achieve holistic well-being. With five years of experience, she combines traditional yoga practices with therapeutic techniques to address physical, mental and emotional challenges. Vicky believes in the power of yoga to promote healing, balance and self-discovery. She’s dedicated to guiding clients on their journey towards optimal health and inner harmony.
