The International Association of Better Business Bureaus expelled the Better Business Bureau of Canada’s Northern Capital Regions and Quebec from the BBB system on June 3, 2024, for not meeting BBB standards.
For over 100 years, the Better Business Bureau has been the leader in building marketplace trust between businesses and consumers. We hold businesses to high standards for honesty, transparency, fairness and integrity, and we hold ourselves to those same standards. The service area of Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and Edmonton, Alberta will continue to receive BBB services through other member BBBs. All consumer inquiries, mission-based services, and Accreditation matters are being handled by BBB professionals from across North America, via the website BBB.org.
