Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin is pleased to announce the recipients of its prestigious BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and BBB Spark Awards for Entrepreneurship. The recipients were selected by an independent, distinguished panel of business and community leaders and will be recognized at the 2025 BBB Ethics Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 15th at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee.
Since 2003, BBB has honored businesses and non-profit organizations of all sizes that meet the highest standard of ethics and trust among their employees, customers and local communities, embodying BBB's mission to advance marketplace trust.
“Completing the BBB Ethics Awards application is no small feat. It requires the organization to analyze and effectively communicate their commitment to character, culture, customers and their local communities,” said Julie Albrecht, Executive Director of the BBB of Wisconsin Foundation. “These organizations should truly be proud of their commitment to ethics.”

For the ninth year, the BBB Spark Awards recognized Wisconsin entrepreneurial leaders demonstrate a high level of character and are committed to giving back to their community. The goal of the BBB Spark Awards is to continue to inspire young entrepreneurs to both follow their dreams and continue to work toward an ethical and positive marketplace.
“These 2025 award recipients shared an impressive commitment to ethics through their compelling and inspiring personal stories,” said Jim Temmer, President and CEO of BBB Wisconsin. “We congratulate all of these Wisconsin businesses, and we look forward to recognizing them at our awards ceremony in May.”
All the winners will be recognized at the 2025 BBB Ethics Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 15th, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee. Mary Stoker Smith from Fox 6 in Milwaukee is the Master of Ceremonies and there will be a panel of guest speakers.
