These people are rude and unprofessional ! I have called up there twice in regards to my mother who has dementia to find out why they put something on her credit report for his Littles $200 and they act as if they it’s such a secret. When are you trying to do is fix some thing that they put on my mom‘s credit report! Worst company ever !!!Customer Response

Interesting when you call to make arrangements to try to pay the debt that they say you owe? I need to show proof of all guardianship POA medical power of attorney for just a little $200 for someone that I know who is extorted my mom and it belongs to him. This company is rude, unprofessional and I asked to speak to a higher up and she hung up on me. Is that how they’re going to do business? How do you expect to get this taken care of when they’re not willing to let you talk to someone higher up. Unprofessional company.Review from Deborah S

Hello, I believe this collection agency Trident Asset Management, a.k.a. Trident Asset has violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act for consumers by the following: 1. Disclosing your debt to anyone other than you, sharing with my mother information about this debt 2 Falsely threatening to sue you, due to some new charges being brought against me 3 Lying to you to try to collect 4 Calling you multiple times per day, from different numbers and area code 5 Misleading you to try to collect 6 Calling family, my mother, in particular, she's 80 years old and troubling her with this nonsense. The Trident Asset folks have been disrespectful, relentless, and threatening even to go so far as to change the name of their company and the amount they say is owed to continue the harassment. Even when you explain over and over that they have the wrong person, these folks continued to be menacing and threatening. I believe this same company may be in a lawsuit currently because of these same threatening and harassing tactics. This should not be happening to consumers, we should not be harassed by these collection agencies.
