The hats I ordered for my business were properly embedded to my specifications. That is as far as the praise goes. I purchased what should have been top of the line hats. They looked good for the first couple of weeks then they began to fade considerably. Contacted Stitch America to discuss the issue and talked to ****. She asked for photos of the hats. They were sent to her. There has been no response back from them despite several e-mail inquiries. Going elsewhere.Stitch America, Inc. Response

First I would like to thank ******************** for giving Stitch America a chance to provide him with hats for his business. With that being said we are very sorry that the hats did not hold up as he expected and we are also very surprised as the ********** brand is one of our top brands and we have never had a customer complain about any fading issues. We have been in contact with ******************** and are in the process of providing him samples of hats, at no charge for him to try, so he can select a replacement for the hats on his original order.Customer Response

I have had an at length conversation with **** @ Stitch America about my original complaint. The company has been extremely short handed and that is completely understandable and forgivable. Since my original complaint they have worked diligently to correct the issue even offering to replace the defective hats at no charge which I must decline as the issue is not with the work Stitch America did. I feel I need to clarify the issue:The problem causing my complaint was with the rapid color fading of the hat itself, and the delay in a response from Stitch America. The ********** ************************************************************************** mere weeks. That was the entire deficiency. The embroidery work was exactly what I wanted, quality stitch work and no color fade. Stitch America should not be heard responsible for another companies deficiency. Stitch America has made ********** aware of the issue so we all can work together to determine what happened. It may be as simple as a color batch did not set up right. I am awaiting Richardsons response. I am completely satisfied with the progress being made and the effort Stitch America is putting forth to correct this issue. At this point we are on track to have the issue resolved with a 5 star ratingReview from T. H.

More than once I have tried to place orders with this company for items they show as available on their website for delivery days that they show as available and the company can never deliver. You have to play whack a mole to guess what they can get their hands on for inventory (they do NOT stock themselves, they order from vendors to order) - and they take several days to tell you something is now obsolete or not in stock with zero solutions or alternatives, you just get to guess again. Its this fun game that ends up with the customer frustrated, and nothing ordered and a lot of time wasted.Products have been good. **************** is terrible.Stitch America, Inc. Response

Firstly, we are very sorry that you were unsatisfied with Stitch America. We always strive to provide the best service for our customers. The last two years have been extremely challenging in our industry (and others as well) to find available and reliable sources of inventory due to COVID and a number of other reasons. In your particular order, we were able to secure 37 of the 41 pieces you ordered. We even paid for 2nd day air shipping so we would be able to sew your order by the time we needed to ship to you for your deadline. Again, we are sorry about the current inventory situation and if you ever would consider using Stitch America for your embroidery needs again, we would love to have your business. While I appreciate your response and the time it took to respond, Im really tired of hearing about COVID being an excuse. First, because this is an issue your company has had since before COVID, and this isnt the first time this frustration has come up, it was just the final straw (have a review with my emails with ****). I wouldnt be this frustrated if it was just this once. Its literally always a guessing game with you guys as to what you can get and what you cant, and DAYS go by before getting inventory information. Your reps then never offer alternatives that are in stock, just blanket dont have that or took sizes off your order, guess something else that *** or *** not be stock, well get back to you in a week. Ever think ***be we needed all of those sizes we ordered? Thank you for confirming that you stock zero inventory and falsely advertise in-stock shirts, sizes, and due dates. Second, its been 2 years since the start of COVID, and over a year since supply chain problems began. Theres no excuse for a company that cant provide semi-accurate inventory information or at least set proper expectations early on in the order process. Its completely unacceptable to accept an order as if it can be fulfilled and sit on it for 5 days before saying you cant fulfill it on time or completely, especially after advertising that you have something that in fact you dont.Finally, after all of that, your company still has not offered any actual solution to fulfill the order I need, an alternative to what I ordered that you CAN fulfill, or reached out to retain a customer in any way. You clearly have my contact information given the details to the order you looked up. Nobody reached out, theres no solution, just sorry, hope you come back. Im glad that your business is going so well that customer retention is that low of a priority. Best of luck in the future.
