              I have a 75 year old house. It needs attention every now and then. I have used Trotter for many years and they have solved every basement water issue, foundation issue and a placed a support beam under a renovated kitchen. They arrive promptly, work efficiently and leave the area clean. The work is guaranteed and that warranty can be transferred if you sell. I trust Trotter. Its a wonderful company.

              ***** and **** came out today to look at my basement for waterproofing. I felt like they were not trying to sell me and gave me good solid advice. I received 3 proposed ideas that I could combine or complete separately. I love that option. I felt comfortable and felt as if they had my best interest in mind.

              I can give this company 5 stars in all categories. They resolved a leaking wall in my basement at a reasonable rate, fast response, competent *******. Hopefully you will only need them once. As a landlord, I keep them in my contacts!

              Thank you Trotter for all of your help! ******************* was very patient, professional, honest, prompt, and wasn't beyond asking for another set of eyes to look at the problem. ***** and ***** returned on the next scheduled day and both determined that the exterior crack should be repaired by another contractor. I respected their honesty and will keep their card on file. Thank you Trotter!!!!

              Trotter installed foundation piers at my home. *** and ****** explained everything and answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly. Only took a day. They left the area looking better than it has ever looked before. Highly recommend this team.

They were both very personable, knowledgeable and explained in detail what my job would entail. **** also responded to our questions after our meeting in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend **** and *** for their expert advice on foundation repair concerns.
