Yes, I do believe the reviews I have read, because I bought a system from them in February 2024, and the system is not safe, and neither protect your house as promised by them. My house has been burglarized two times since I installed their cameras in February until now, and they do not work properly. Their employees do not know what to do with the problems of the cameras, other than tell you move the cameras, and the base station with the router close of each other.. Most of them are people who have problem speaking English and they can not explain well themselves, and they never go to to point of your problem. I have paid about one thousand dollars in their equipment from the base station, keypad, key fad, extra alarm, and two cameras. My front yard camera does not record videos that supposed to be high definition, even though the Wi-Fi connection is perfect.. There is never a Manager to talk about your problems with the system their worker just said to me well if that is what you think is fine when they can not help you. This company does not offer you any contract so, where ever money you have invested in their cheap equipment is lost money from you. I completely regret that I believe all their advertisement without reading reviews from the BBB. SimpliSafe alarm system is a fraudulent company. Do not expend your money with them, because even though it seems a DYF good business it does not work, and they do not have a reliable company to install their system. They recommended me with a company that when I called them, they said that their technicians are not electrician, and their fore they do not warranty their labor work.
