I paid off a vehicle and I am now being told they cannot release a title because of an error on their end. I have provided documentation to this business from the original lien holder with proof showing that the vehicle was not paid off to the original lien holder *************** This vehicle now has a suspended registration that cannot be fixed until I can show proof of ownership, which is not able to be provided to me from Infinity Federal Credit Union. When I did ask for documentation saying that I had paid this loan in full, I went sent a document with no dates, signatures or information on vehicle. I have spent countless hours regarding this situation. I have called at least 50 times, each time being told someone will look into this and get back to me, no one will get back to me. Most recently I visited the ********* branch on April 13th with all documentation, I was told they were going to send it to another department for review and I would receive a call within a few days. It has been almost a month and I have heard nothing from Infinity Federal Credit Union. This is a very big problem, I held up my end of the deal in paying for the vehicle and I now have no proof of owning this vehicle.
