            I Bought a house that he had just redone the roof on. He guaranteed to transfer warranty, because the job was not done properly. I had to fight for 2 years and get the real estate agent involved. He actually gave me a guilt trip saying “ I have work from paying customers you know” He replaced part of the roof and then “fixed” the other part. The nails are now lifting again. He is trying to blame me because I went on the roof to clean my eve troughs. He is very difficult to deal with. And is not willing to fix what he guaranteed he would warranty .
