This is a poorly run business. The management in ************ has a criminal record and should not have been hired as they somehow got around the background check. They mistreat employees and put their lives at risk as they have illegally abandoned people out in the field as well as the fully loaded propane truck on 2 different occasions (likely more that wasn't disclosed). He has straight up admitted when he comes across an issue he doesn't want to deal with he ignores it until it goes away. They hire seasonal workers when it gets busier in the winter and are supposed to lay them off in the spring, but instead they illegally fired a worker in an unjust dismissal without cause after offering full time employment to the seasonal worker 1 week before they were set to lay him off, effectively replacing a full time permanent worker with a lower wage individual, and legal action is being pursued as there was no severance paid and a very inadequate amount of pay in lieu of notice that was far below the minimum legal requirement. On top of bad management the company is also complacent in helping small oilfield companies break the law and dodge the carbon tax in ****** as they are supposed to charge it on auto-propane that is used to run motors and engine skids, but instead they issue tickets to make it look like it's being used for the burner so it gets them out of the carbon tax, this is also being reported to the Gov't of Canada and CRA. In addition to these issues they ignore their obligations to people and treat the customers quite poorly and very often miss delivery dates and let peoples tanks run dry until they have enough work or a large enough sale to justify doing the deliveries, which is why they keep losing work to Co-op and Eco-Green and is a large part of why they are now divesting their entire propane division. It is very highly recommended to not support, work for, or use this business as a vendor and to boycott them instead. Support Superior or Coop.
