      ***** seemed like a trustworthy and professional man, telling you everything you'll want to hear and making promises that in reality he cannot deliver in a timely manner. We ordered a kitchen from him about 6 months ago that he said he'd deliver in 6-8weeks. It took him 11 weeks to start delivering product and that was just the cabinets. The countertop took longer and once it was installed, it was installed wrong because 'he missed it' - he missed A WHOLE piece, the waterfall portion. He'll sell you 'laser edge cutting technology' when in reality an IKEA kitchen will do just as good. I regret spending the thousands of dollars that I did in his product when the panels warped, were stained and even some panels started to swell up within a week of installation. Panels were replaced but they're not worth the money you pay.His work ethic is very poor. Once he receives the money, YOU have to be on top on things to get things moving. Otherwise he doesn't care. There was no sense of urgency to get any of my project done as soon as possible even though he was already late in delivering things. Same thing happened with our steam shower; we bought everything from him, he said it'd take a week, and it ended up taking 3 and he forgot about it, so we had to contact him to follow up on it. Long story short, this business sells you 'high-end' kitchens that swell up and warp within weeks. ***** doesn't care about delivering, just getting paid. and it is grossly overpriced. If you go there thinking you'll have a prestigious kitchen you're a fool, like I was. He even designed us a kitchen that doesn't even follow code meaning we have to live with a hazard in our home. Lastly, there are still unresolved issues that need to be addressed and he is just demanding full payment and threatening with legal action even though we've already paid 75% upfront. I wish I couldn't give him any stars, but I'm obligated to put one to post my review.

      Regarding your contract, you have received your product in full according to the contract, we just have a couple issues with 2 piston hinges and your jewellery tray. You received your quartz top and sink in good faith and all other product in good faith,which should have been paid for prior to installation,but hasn’t yet. As per our agreement ,this was strictly a supply only project from our end-you were the contractor and were installing the product so the responsibility lies with you as the contractor to manage your project,we can only order the product and have to wait on suppliers and manufacturers . As everyone is well aware, Covid -19 has played a role in slowing down manufacturers,suppliers and retailers due to supply chain issues,staffing issues, etc. so as much as we try to accommodate your scheduling,some things were beyond our control. Also, as you are the contractor in this situation,, it is your responsibility to follow any codes regarding your renovation- we were not the contractor. What you do regarding your appliances ultimately lies on your shoulders as the home owner,consumer, and contractor to follow code issues if you so choose, as we would have done had we been doing the install as well. Since we were not supplied pertinent information (ie. specs)regarding your appliances,it remain yours responsibility to deal with the decisions you made for your product choices. We appreciate that you had certain expectations,but as with any renovation,and in this particular climate, expectations and reality don’t often coincide.it’s unfortunate as well that you didn’t mention all the trips we made free of charge to your home to deliver product,all the times we tried to provide advice and direction,and the times we did all we could to accommodate any issues you were having. And the fact that you actually have all your product and yet are refusing to pay your bill over a couple small items. We have already offered to help you to wrap up your project in spite of this.
