I bought the 2013 *************** from Autohouse Jacksonport on August 03 2022 for ********* minus my deposit of ***** made ********* I left ******************************* heading to ******** where I had a reservation. After driving for **************************************************************************** my iPhone to charge.I had to rest, as my back was extremely sore. After 20 minutes, I tried to start the car but it wouldnt start. I tried a few times, but there was nothing.I called the hotel to let them know I wasnt going to make it, and tried to get some sleep.In the morning, I could hardly walk my back was so sore. Someone came by walking their dog. He offered to go get some jumper cables. We were able to get it going with the jumpers on.In Hope, I had time before the ferry, so I laid down to rest my very sore back. 2 hours later, the car wouldnt start. Luckily, someone came by and jumped it, but it still wouldnt start so she kindly drove me to **** where I bought a battery. I couldnt get the old one out as I was in a lot of pain. Someone stopped to help, and put it in for me. Nothing happened, it wouldnt start. He thought it was an alternator. He jumped it, and I got to the ferry. The ferry guy boosted it, and I drove home. Parked it in my driveway where it has sat ever since. That was the 4th of August 2022. On August 12, I called Autohouse and spoke with *******************************. I told him about the issues I had had on my drive to **. He said that I hadnt needed to buy a battery as the Sorrento had some kind of charging system. I didnt understand what he meant and said I wanted to return the vehicle. Shortly after, I received a very upsetting message from the lenders saying that the dealer had told them I had run over cement or something and the vehicle is now making a strange noise. A complete untruth. I sent an email to Autohouse outlining everything and asking why he told the lenders such a lie. Now he will not take my calls. *************************Business response

Hello *******,It was great speaking with you over the phone in regards to ************************************* matter.As explained to yourself over the phone, ******* and myself came to an agreement where she would want to be refunded for her hotel reservation along with battery replacement for a total cost of $331.29. This refund has already been processed and this matter is now closed.Thanks & Regards,
