      -January 13, **** -$20 cover charge -Temperature should be at least 20 degrees Celsius -Upon entering, the business enforced a cover charge, and an additional coat check charge of $3 (which I did not use as the person behind coat check said it is a bit cold inside). It turned out that the heaters and furnace were not working, so temperature inside was almost as cold as it was outside (-35 degrees Celsius). This should not be allowed as human beings should not be subject to these kind of temperature indoors. As the cover charge had already been paid, there was no way to get a refund. -The manager said that they tried to solve the problem, but the heaters and furnace were not working, she told me that I had to deal with the cold and just wear a jacket, as they could not close down the business (or people would not have their jobs for the weekend, and they would lose money).

      Hello, just wanted to add a bit more information. The manager did say I could have a refund, ONLY if I left immediately. I was there with 2 other people so I had to go grab them before I left, when I went to grab them, and we were ready to leave, the bouncer told me that he'll contact the manager and we waited over 20 minutes for her and she did not show up. We left with no refund due to her inappropriate management style. The business should be inspected regularly by a third party, and should be immediately shut down on weekends where the heat does not work, especially in the middle of winter.
