I had hired this cleaning company to do a move out clean for a new home that I had purchased on October 15th ***** . I was quoted for 7 hours of services and the cost with tax was $284.00 . I received a call that they would arrive around 11 am , I received a call and a text notice they were completed just before 2 . I went in to do a quick walk through , and never having this service completed it smelt clean and the few things I looked at were fine . After going back to the house later that evening I realized that there were many items that were missed . There was dog hair all in the carpets,dust on the cabinets baseboards were missed , kitchen cabinets were dirty inside . I ended up spending the night as well as 10 hours of cleaning after this service was completed to have a clean home . I am also 8 months pregnant which is the reason for hiring a company in the first place . I reached out to the company the next day asking for some form of reimbursement and they said no you did a walk through . At the end of the day they quoted 7 hours and were there for not even 3. I would like to be reimbursed for the hours they were not there .Business response

The complain about ********, we have walked through with her and there were very happy with our services and after 5 day of services, she emailed us and mentioned that I am not happy with services. That is no acceptable because we have walked though with her and her husband and they mentioned to supervisor and the cleaning crew that we are very happy and everything was done right. The supervisor has mentioned that please let us know if you are not happy with something and we could fix for you and she mentioned everything is great and she paid $43 tips to the crew. There was dog urine and dog hair on the carpet and she asked from supervisor that what’s wrong here and he mentioned that there is dogs urine and dog hair we could not remove it 100% and she mentioned that the carpet is going to be steam washed tomorrow so these are things and other that we have booked her for 7 man hours and we provided 3 cleaners for her.Business response

Hello there, we have a supervisor and two cleaners witnessed. Her husband came first and she came after 10 minutes. She is a dishonest person. We could bring the crew back as witnesses.Customer response

******** ********* I can only provide the information that i have emailed to the company , whether or not my husband was there the company did a very poor job which is the reason for my complaint . I am still seeking reimbursement, I have also filed a dispute through my Mastercard which further investigation will be completed should they not wish to resolve this matter .Initial Complaint

Work not complete on Oct 20/2021, hidden fees not advertised on groupon, extremely rude customer sales representative when tried to inquire about what happened, just argued with me and offered 25% off a future clean, but I would never purchase these services again. Cleaners left earlier than scheduled, I had a small list of areas of concern and approx 1/4 was done. And that 1/4 that was done, was done horribly. Paid for 5.5 man hours of cleaning (2 cleaners, so **** hours) and I want a 75% refund for the items that were incomplete. I have photo evidence, and Ive tried reaching a solution with the business directly but they are extremely unreasonable and they arent sorry. They also need to be advertising that there will be additional charges at the time of the service, otherwise its misleading and its false advertising. They also didnt mention anything about the oven not being included in the price so Im not sure why they wouldnt mention that either? Extremely misleading info..
