"We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. We have more than 10,000 customers and we are really working hard to deliver clearly our service and those bad feedbacks are uncontrollable things that we can't control, but still we stick to the sayings that the customer is always right as we encounter challenges such as we make sure that we give our very best to address the concern as to make the client respond excellent or satisfactory. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again."
