              When realized what I accidentally signed up for I tried to cancel right away. Was advocated an email wasnt good enough so had to call. When called I was advised there was no manager so to call back. Cal back and was told I would receive my cancellation agreement via email. Never did. Fast forward to one month later they take another unauthorized payment. Wish i read reviews before signing. THIS COMPANY IS THE DEFINITION OF ****

              I never signed up for their services, nor do I have the so called credit card they give you, and they keep taking payments from my account. Since May I have been calling to get this stopped and cancelled and they all reassure me a cancellation has been out through yet they never stop taking payments. They know me before even saying my name when I call now. Ive asked to speak with a manager, never available, never calls back! Im ready to pursue legal action against them!

              since the first charged on my bank account called them right away to cancel/closed the account! and now they still charging my account and called them account, they told me they sent an email to manager and waiting for the response!! SCAMMER

              Scam, tried to apply for a loan, got denied and they immediatly started taking $19.99 out of my bank every week. I have been calling non stop, no progress, except i think im ******* them off. They hang up now when they figure out its me. Im trying to get a manager right now. I was told i would get a call back at 2 pm mountain time, phoned back and no they don't start calling back till 4 pm mountain time.i will be phoning again soon. I believe i closed the phone lines yesturday, they stopped answering, and i am using different internet phone numbers.

              I have been trying to get my money back, keep getting the run around. In queue to get a call back, will be getting a confirmation email, we are following up. As to date have made zero progress. Please anyone looking at dealing with these people...DON'T DO IT!!!I obviously fell for it, I sure don't want anyone else to. I have had to put stop payment orders on my bank account and have been advised to open a new account so they can't continue withdrawing funds.I have asked for the the physical address of their office, ****** said its a bakery...lol.And I have asked numerous times for a business license number, and have yet to receive. Hoping maybe of taking some sort of legal action against them.

              Same horror story as everyone else on here I'm low income and ***** per month plus all the *** are killing me. They make an appointment to call and pretend they did afterward it's a **** for sure never recieved any card or any service from these people what the h*** ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE? I'm thinking it's time to band together and go to the media. ***** *** ******* ** ***** *** *** ** **** ***
