"Our customer satisfaction has always been our primary goal at Plastk as our brand is focused on helping Canadians build their credit. We truly regret the inconveniences faced by our customers and as such my back-end team and we are at all cylinders and are almost through with resolving this glitch, resulting in the said complaints to help restore our customers’ satisfaction and trust in our products. In the meantime, we have structures in place to clear the backlog created while we work on clearing it entirely once the issue is resolved."
