I needed a few duct runs installed for my basement development and got Shawns number. He came to my house and gave an estimate the next day and had all the work completed the next day. Great price, great workmanship, great communication and an wonderful overall experience.

We engaged to deal with HBK Mechanical Inc. for our furnace replacement, AC and hot water tank. We are very happy that we did after speaking to many HVAC companies. I can not say enough about ***** and his team i.e. ******* and *******. What a pleasure it was to deal with them. There were knowledgeable about their work which was clean and provided the right solutions. The customer service was excellent and they were on time. Its not very often that you see companies that operate this way. Great job *****!!! I would not hesitate to recommend your team to our friends and family.HBK Mechanical Inc. Response

We are developing our basement and needed help with some heat runs and cold air returns. Shawn was very prompt, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He came up with the best solutions for our heating needs. After framing he was also very prompt at coming back to finish the install. It was a pleasure working with Shawn and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. We had decided it was time to replace our old furnace and contacted Shawn from HBK Mechanical. Shawn had previously helped us with getting our finished basement an improved level of heat comfort. He did this by coming to our house and researching possible solutions. He provided information on a new thermostat, which may help. It did and he charged us nothing. When we contacted him for a new furnace quote, his first response was, maybe we can just fix your old one. (Impressive morals). We had decided we wanted a new furnace and Shawn removed and installed our new furnace with some improvements to our exhaust runs as well. He worked a 13 hour day, to ensure proper installation, and a warm night sleep for us. Shawn touched base the next morning to ensure everything was operating properly. It was. I highly recommend HBK mechanical to anyone looking for an experienced, thorough and honest furnace replacement or repair.HBK Mechanical Inc. Response

I hired ***** for a complete install on my renovation basement project.When the job was done the quote was exactly as he said and it would be and it was done in a efficient amount of time.I just had the furnace cleaners come clean out all the renovation dust after the basement was completed, and they said it was the best furnace / duct install that they've ever seen. The furnace and air conditioning he installed all work great, but I don't know much else about this type of thing. So hearing that from another company compelled me to write this review. Shawn was outstanding in his customer service, knowledge and communication skills. We had 2 new furnaces installed with new duct work and relocation of vents. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and showed concern in balancing cold spots throughout the house. He is very diligent in completing his work and his prices are more than fair. I can highly recommend this business when we decided it was time to replace our 50 year old furnace we chose HBK. The whole process was carried out in a professional manner, with explanations that we could follow easily at each step. the standard of work was excellent and done in a timely manner, The follow up has been impressive with courtesy calls to ensure our satisfaction with the product and to perform minor tweaks.No surprises the estimate was right on, we are very happy we chose HBK we were impressed with Shawns dedication to providing Quality service.J **********HBK Mechanical Inc. Shawn is the owner of HBK Mechanical and was referred to us by the company that installed our HVAC system (two high-end furnaces and AC units) to reroute the ducting in our 1960's Willow Park home. The problem wasn't the AC units, but the route the air was taking to the upper floor where the master bedroom is situated. The main floor was nice and cool, but the bedroom was stifling. Shawn looked over the existing ducting and suggested changes to three or four of the runs, which he thought would increase the flow to the upper floor. And he was entirely correct - in six hours he fixed a problem that we though might be impossible to remedy. We are SO happy with his service - prompt reply to our initial request for him to contact us, his exploratory visit to the house, the actual work, and the price. We felt there was extremely good value for what he charged. All in all, a great choice if you need any kind of ductwork in your house.HBK Mechanical Inc. Response

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work I received from HBK. From the initial assessment of work right through to final commissioning Shawn was a professional. My home is an old bungalow and I was looking to replace the furnace and all the duct work. Shawn walked through the entire system with me asking for feedback on what worked well and where improvements were needed. He then incorporated all my feedback into a new design which is performing great. Shawn’s attention to detail was evident in the final product, the system works fantastic and the installation looks great. As a former tradesman myself I was very impressed by Shawn’s planning and preparation, not once did he have to leave the site for tools or parts and the system was up and running exactly when he said it would be and on budget. The dedication to completing the job and doing it right really impressed me. I couldn’t be happier with the project and I would absolutely recommend working with HBK!HBK Mechanical Inc. Response

The best customer service Weve ever experienced from any trade. HBK was professional, courteous, hard working, showed pride in his work and was genuinely involved in ensuring the end result was complete to the customers satisfaction. HBK moved our furnace during a reno, updated the air returns, air supply main duct and branches, dryer vent, air inlet, etc. The outcome was a very clean job, the airflow in the house was much better and noticeably quieter, as he intended in his redesign. He also was aware of little things like high flow in some rooms and made modifications to ensure airflow was even throughout the house a few days after finishing. His dedication to making sure everything was satisfactory to the customer made it one of the best services weve experienced. Thanks HBK.HBK Mechanical Inc. Response
