I reached out to ******************* with Renwd Electrical on Dec 14, 2021, to look at my gas fireplace because the fan would not always turn on. We exchanged 5 messages and he did not reply again until Jan 1 at 4:59.We planned for him to come Wednesday Jan 5th. He came and a new fan was needed so he said he could order it and install it on Friday Jan 7. I paid him on Jan 6 in full when he sent the invoice.Friday Jan 7th, I sent him a message for an update at 7:13pm (as he said he would install it on Friday, Jan 7); no reply.Monday Jan 10 7:08pm I send a msg for an update; no reply.Tuesday Jan 11 6:37pm I sent him a msg; no reply.Wednesday Jan 12 6:52pm I sent him a msg; no reply.Saturday Jan 15 5:47pm I sent him a msg and called him. He answered and said he would call me back in 5 min. He sends a msg saying we can install tomorrow (Sunday Jan 16.) I say, Yes please.Sunday Jan 16 8:35am. I send a msg asking when I can expect him; no reply.I continue leaving messages and VMs and he does not call me back through Wednesday Jan 18.I call from a different phone number and I get him on the phone and he says he is having ****** issues and confirms with me on the phone AND his company FB page that he will be at my house on Jan 22 at 8:30am.It is now Jan 22 at 8:38am; over 48 hrs after he was scheduled to show up, and he has not answered his phone or replied to text messages or FB Messenger.I have granted him more than enough ***** and opportunities to step up but he has failed miserably.I have sent him a message stating that if he does not contact me, I will file a ****** report on him and his company.I also sent him a msg Sunday morning, Jan 23, asking for a refund on the hardware and the time to install on the return visit (other than his initial fee to visit) and to let me know by the end of the day Sunday; no replyInitial Complaint

I paid for electrical wiring materials on May 12th. The contractor, ***, of Renwd Electrical, told me he would order the materials and would let me know when they were in so he could come in and install them. He said they were on backorder. Four weeks later I followed up with him and did not get a response. I have since reached out 14 times via ********* phone, text and email. My fiance has tried calling him and another customer of his has tried reaching out too. They have not heard back from him either. He still has our money, $307. We have since had another electrician complete this job. I have contacted *** to ask for a refund and have not heard back. It has been two weeks since I last tried reaching out.
