Timeline of alleged work 1)The work was done on or about July 20, 2020 no invoice provided at time of work. 2)On or about March 15, ********************************************************************************* the amount of $438.06 for invoice ****. This was the first time Id seen or heard of an invoice from Nationwide Restoration see email excerpt below 3)On March 15th, 2021 I eTransferred the amount $438.06 to Nationwide Restoration for payment in full of the Nationwide Restoration invoice **** I received a copy of the invoice from SGI. See confirmation below 4)Not sure how National Restoration accounting department operates the work was done in July 2020, the invoice date is October 13, 2020, then today you send me an invoice and tell me to pay it or youll take me to collections. I dont now another company that bills work 90 days later, doesnt send me an invoice, then claims an outstanding balance when the invoice was paid. The only invoice I received prior to today was from SGI for $438.06 which I clearly paid in March 15, 2021 when I first became aware of the invoice. 5)Now *********************************************** with an invoice dated October 13, 2020 for work done 90 days earlier on or about July 20, ********************************************************************************************************************************************** threaten collection. As you can see my accounting shows this Nationwide Restoration invoice **** has been paid in full back in March 15th, 2021 when I first found out about the invoice and only then from SGI NOT Nationwide Restoration.Business response
