They actually had the audacity to email me and say pay a certain percentage of whats owed and they would clear my entire balance out. Example: $400 balance owed - $130 payment = $270 balance wiped clean allegedly. I had to FIGHT and literally THREATENED THEIR LIVELIHOOD TO GET A RESPONSE AND OR ANYTHING. At one point they flagged my phone number to NOT HE ABLE TO GET THROUGH CUZ I USED MY PARTNERS NUMBER AND GOT THROUGH. They dont have money tied in DC Bank. Cuz if they did DC Bank should do right by the amount they are requesting and pay all deposits back period. These people are *****, I had a plastk card and made a deposit of $13,000.00 and after used 5,000.00 , I started yto have prolbleme with this card. I tried to phone them, but no body answer the phone. After I have been refused some credits I checked my file online with ******** ****** and I found out that I was reported of owing these croocked people $ 11,431.00 and placed in collection which destroyed completly my credit score. This is happening in Canada in broad light. I am going to file a lawsuit against this ***** company, as per today Monday 29 of January, 2024. I could have given ythem 5 under 1000 minus strars.Review from Don B

Terrible!, the **Transfer refund received from this company (closing the account) has been on hold since August 2023. I don't know how to contact this company and get the refund, I have sent several messages but to no avail.Review from ANN MARIE B

I don't want to even give them one star! They started charging 'fees' and interest against my account before I even had the card let alone made any purchases! So I cancelled the card and asked for my money back. A YEAR LATER I still didn't have it despite numerous assurances by them that my 'return' was at the top of the list! Finally 6 months ago I woke up to an email transfer for the full amount in my inbox. I clicked the link only to be told it had expired! The link came in in the middle of the night and by 6am had expired! I contacted Plastk and they said they would send a new one. Never came, and now with a little research I find out they are no longer in business and I can kiss my $1000 good bye! Well Merry Christmas to me! ***!Review from Joseph N

I had fraud on my credit card in April 2022, i never received a second card and now that I hear that its shut down I don't know what to do about the $2000 i deposited. Awful company!Review from Darcy G

NO STARS!!!I have lost my security deposit with this company. For months they told me to wait until everything was settled and then all of a sudden they just stopped returning contact. I echo what many have said before me.Review from Jo B

This company is absolutely disgusting. I'm just grateful that I opened with a very low deposit. I really feel bad for the people whose credit is now ruined because of dealing with these people. I want my deposit back. I cannot even believe there was no notice before they closed.Review from Llisa H

This company is rude and disrespectful . I sent in a 300.00 deposit in Sept of 2022 and I am still waiting for my deposit back. I keep emailing them about it but now I get no response back. I never received my credit card nothing. It’s been over a year with no deposit back and no answers. How can a company be allowed to take money and not return it saying they didn’t live up to their part of the agreement. I am not happy about this company it should be shut down for the way they do business and how poorly they treat customersReview from darryl T

I regret ever getting a card with them. There were always issues. I have tried many times to get them to respond for an update and have gotten nothing......When i Googled them today the website says permanently closed.I don't know if there is anything we can do ???
