They are the ********. I am in ******* , I booked them to clean furnace after basement development. They charged me 14 extra vents total 24 vents in 1400 sq ft home. They did not show up on time.They denied to give me proof of vent counts. I would Never book service with them. If negative start possible I would have rated negative.Review from Coralei H

Showed up without proper equipment to clear an 8m length of dryer duct in condo building. Told me that they were not confident that they would be able to help but that according to their manager I already owed $280 just because they showed up. They were right. What they had did no good but took my money anyway and I still have a totally plugged dryer vent.Alberta Furnace Cleaning Response

Hi ******,Our techs noted that your dryer was almost 20ft off the deck on the 13th floor. They tried back-skipping the dryer and spent almost 2 Hours in that apartment doing everything they could to clear it. We reached back to you after receiving your feedback without success.We have taken your feedback into account and sorry we were not able to clear it, but it was literally impossible, we have not encountered a situation like this in the past.Thank you and sorry again for the inconvenience caused to you.Review from Heather Lianne K
