We started a project with Venkor Group on first week of January **** and project should have been completed by March **** **** as per contract.During demolition Venkor made a mistake in our design which resulted in an extra ******* added to the overall success of this project. Also pushed back the completion date.Since this error there has been multiple errors and changes to design because Venkor Project Management team have not been monitoring sub contractors or supplying them adequate designs as agreed they would. There has been weeks gone by without any contractors coming on site to do any works. When I asked why, I have been told that their staff are required at other job sites.* ** * ****** ** * **** * ***** ******** ****** ** **** *** **** ********* ** * * ******* *********, where a 3 month basement renovation is now extending into month 7 with no finish date in sight.I have been constantly contacting Venkor team expressing my concerns to which I am being ignored.I have documented all correspondences and communications which is available upon request.Reason why I am contacting BBB is because I require a mediator, I solely chose Venkor Group because they are BBB accredited.I need this project closed asap and all items promised delivered, if Venkor is unable to finish then we need to mutually agree to terminate the current contract. Payment of all works currently completed will be issued minus the correction of faulty items Venkor has made.Business response

Hi!
To my understanding the project is finished, but there are some decorative items that Venkor Group is waiting on the delivery from suppliers such as mirrors, barndoor hardware and barn door slab. Our client ************* and family is our valuable customer and we did our best to suit all items of the brief and complete nonstandard solutions to accommodate all of the wants and needs of the client. The project did take longer than expected due to various custom orders and unique detailing in some aspects. As usual the end of the project takes a lot of effort and gets frustrating for all stakeholders, therefore we tried our best to mitigate and motivate all of our preferred subcontractors on this project.
We hope that ****** is happy and enjoying his newly renovated basement and this complaint can be considered redundant if he confirms that this matter was resolved.
