  In February of 2021 we placed an order for a $6,102.00 13 X 20 Greenhouse, which was eventually shipped to us April 6th 2021 via Manitoulin Transport. Unfortunately due to Covid, we were unable to get a cement pad poured until the fall, so the greenhouse was not assembled until then. In 2022 we noticed the roof panels separating at the joins in a couple of spots and did our best to repair them. We tried several times to contact the company with regards to obtaining replacement joining strips for the panels, but were not successful. One phone call, the individual we spoke to, said it would cost too much to send the pieces, which in our opinion should have been warrantied. We made a makeshift cover for the panels so the snow load for the upcoming season would not completely knock down the rest of the roof panels. In 2023 we contacted the company through ********* left our phone number and concerns and were surprised to get a phone call back from the company. We explained our problem and the individual we spoke to said they had a fix for our problem and would send it out right away. It is now April 2024 and we still have not received anything from the company.

  I purchased a greenhouse from Ab greenhouse builders on March 16,2022. I paid $4840.50 got refunded $300 because they said if it was ok that the order will be sent in July so I said ok. The greenhouse didn't come in July it came in September! It came with missing trusses. It was hard to talk with them no one seems to answer their phone or return calls prompt! I finally got my trusses on Oct 12/22! After much calling on behalf of my son leaving messages daily!! Then when we put the green house together the roof panels were smaller and they modified it without my knowledge. My son phoned and ****** said oops we didn't have big enough panels so we are modifying it and our worker will draw you a picture! Crazy! ****** said we will have to send you braces for the panels to hold up the panels. Well he never did and kept promising my son they will send them and send us tracking information and he hasn't to this day and its November!!! He keeps on lying! I have an incomplete product that has been modified without my knowledge and no parts sent to finish it. I'm worried with this modified version of a greenhouse if it will withstand the snow. I have a lot of snow here in **. I feel ******* out of a purchase that I thought would have all the necessary parts to put together. The amount of time and money and stress that I've been having I could of had a greenhouse built for me by now. This is stressful, upsetting and I've been more than patient. I just want my parts to finish my greenhouse before it gets really cold and snowy. As you can see in the pictures it is getting colder we put up a small panel beside the big panel. We should have all big panels not little. I hope that these braces will withstand the snow load. If they send them!? They should have sent more trusses not braces! I hope these parts are warrantied for it is not the same original design. Instead of having six big panels we will have a total of 10 panels. 2 big panels and 8 little panels. I'm very worried!
