My flooring was installed in my home by my home builder, I was not happy with the installation of my flooring upon my move in and was told to wait and allow it time to settle as it was a new building. Upon waiting for the building to settle the floors quality continued to deteriorate and when divine flooring came to assess it they blamed me unjustly in the deterioration of the flooring. I followed instructions provided to properly clean and care for the flooring. The issues I wanted addressed were the same issues that were there the day I moved into my home. The flooring had large gaps and moved up and down as if it were not installed correctly and the flooring did was not fitted together leaving unacceptably large gaps. They did not address my concerns nor did they make any effort to correct it. I do believe that Devine is not completely at fault for the issues in my flooring and the builder that built my home shoulders some of the blame.Business response

A qualified Divine Flooring representative has attended this home and determined that there are no warrantable issues with the floor. Some instruction was provided to the homeowner on how to properly clean and maintain their floor to help ensure the integrity and longevity.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the representative did not fully look at the flooring issues. The issues are through out the house and he did not look at the top floor. The representative did not speak to me they spoke to my mother who is not the home owner. Has I been present I would have shown the issues and insured that they looked at the issues in their entirety. I did not expect that they would not do that if I was not present. I did not expect that the company would avoid rectifying their mistake.
