    I am elderly and mostly deaf lady. English is not my first language and I have been wearing hearing aids for more than 15 years. My last pair of hearing aids was ******* Hearing Pure 7mi. I was very satisfied and they served me for more than 7 years without any problems. Then, on May 17th last year, I took them to Crowfoot Hearing Loss Clinic in Calgary for minor repairs, as only one of the exposed wires' plastic coating cracked due to aging. The hearing aids themselves still functioned properly. now, my situation are; It is eight months have passed, since last May; 1. I have had no properly functioning hearing aids to use and I continue to suffer to this day. 2. my one ear still hurts and was may have been damaged by the replacement ****** hearing aids, 3. my original good hearing aids were taken away, (worth more than $5000) do not return to me. 4. I was coerced into paying $*** for inferior products. Now the Clinic want to use this payment to by my silent and asked me go other Clinic. 5. I feel cheated, frustrated and angry at myself for trusting the clinic, and handing my good worthy hearing aid to them to repair. 6. I am being restricted in communicating with others by phone/video conferencing and face to face discussions, which is made more exasperating during this pandemic time. -In this pandemic time, I am being limited to going out without hearing aid. My deafness completely restricts my ability to communicate with all others, including with my husband at home. 7. I am not going to take ****** product again and I am not going to sign lawyer’s waiver letter. I simply want my ******’s hearing aids back and my payment returned. 8. I repeatedly requested this since last September. I look forward to receiving my original ******* Hearing Aids and returning my payment. Here is no space to finish, please see ********.
