Weve used Arpis for as long as weve been home owners (17 years) and really appreciate this company. Weve had ***** in our home a few times for repairs and servicing/cleaning the furnace/HRV/AC in recent years and I am always impressed by his passion for our heating and cooling systems, his absolute attention to detail and thoroughness, and his ability to share knowledge and give advice without putting on the pressure. ************** appointment was no different and I am so grateful knowing our home is in good hands with *****!Review from Howard A

Another annual inspection completed. New furnace installed in 2018 and have had annual inspections done. Friendly and effcient technitions. On time and advised any potential problems. ******* was the technition this year and once again great customer service.Arpi's Industries Ltd. Response

********************* from Arpis came to our home to do a maintenance check on our 2 furnaces and hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He filled us in on what he did and double checked to make sure thermostats were at correct setting when he left. He also told us about a product that he recommended we have on our furnace so there is no burnout on it. After completion of work, area was cleaned up. Very satisfied customer here. Absolutely excellent service. And this is why we keep coming back to Arpis for any furnace, hot-water tank, air conditioner and humidifier maintenance We appreciate the quality of service Arpis provides.Arpi's Industries Ltd. Absolutely excellent service. ***** took his time to give me an estimate on replacing 2 furnaces. He was very detailed and explained what he thought would be right for my home. He did not try to upsell. The technicians were on time and worked throughout the day to get everything up and running in 2 days. They were very pleasant and answered any questions that I had. Recently I bought a Lennox Air Conditioner through ****** and had ****** do the installation. I approach most house projects with a great deal of skepticism . In this case I was very pleasantly surprised. The ******* ***************** did an exceptional installation.
